Fine Ingredients was founded in 1995 by Kathy Favro and her husband Graziano. Kathy got her start in professional baking by making European desserts for Lantana's, her husband's restaurant, in Secaucus, New Jersey. Graziano, a native born Italian, has decades of management experience in the restaurant business.
In her search to bring classic Italian Style Biscotti and Cookies to everyone and still preserve the "made at home" feeling of handmade cookies, Kathy spent endless hours perfecting her recipes. Her unique products are made with the best quality ingredients which combine to produce delicious cookies and consistent results in a beautiful presentation.
